Besides the fact that we can see if we have something suitable in our own offers, we can extend our search to all the offers in and around Groningen. We collaborate with all the other brokers. We can sometimes offer you accomodation before they even show up online.This service costs one month rent plus VAT, with a minimum of 750 euro's (for rooms there are adjusted rates). We negotiate our costs within potential agency costs of other agency’s. Even if you find a house by yourself, we help you with the entire process (obligated).

Because most of the real estate agents charge one mont ex. VAT as a fee. For this service you pay the same but you get more. We will do the search for the most perfect house for you!
