Functieomschrijving
The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is Diary Management. Planning and arranging internal and external meetings in an extremely fast paced environment, with multiple stakeholders. You need to process VPs inbox and undertake actions when needed. Prepare and arrange project meetings, write minutes and follow up on action items. You need to proactively communicate with the VP to ensure priorities are understood and that diary reflects this. This also includes supporting the VP at a broader level to ensure best use of his time. You need to deal with internal and external key stakeholders in a professional manner on behalf of the VP and co-ordination and organisation of travel.
Functie-eisen
You already have a strong background (5-10 years) in a high-level support role and possess relevant secretarial qualifications in an international environment. We are specifically seeking someone with exceptionally high standards in all that they do, with an excellent command of the English language
HBO, WO
